0x4 Wallet Privacy Policy

This policy explains how the 0x4 Wallet browser extension ("the wallet") handles your data. The wallet is a self-custody wallet: you hold your own keys.
Your keys stay on your device
- Your recovery phrase and private keys are encrypted with your password and stored only in this browser.
- They are never sent to us or to anyone else. We cannot see, recover or reset them.
- Your password is never stored or sent anywhere.
What the wallet sends to 0x4 services
- Your public wallet addresses, to show token prices, charts, balances and account activity.
- If you use features that need an account, a message signed with your wallet address to sign in. This proves you own the address; it does not give access to your funds.
- Transaction hashes of swaps you make, to calculate your trading volume and fee tier.
Public wallet addresses and transactions are already visible on public blockchains.
Third-party services
To work, the wallet requests data from blockchain networks and market services, for example to read balances, fetch prices, get swap quotes and send transactions you approve. These requests include the public addresses, tokens and amounts needed for that action. We choose services that do not require your personal information.
Websites you connect to
A website can see your public address only after you approve the connection. Every signature and transaction must be approved by you in the wallet window. You can disconnect sites at any time in the wallet.
What we do not do
- No ads and no tracking.
- We do not read the content of the pages you visit or record your browsing history.
- We do not sell your data.
Data you can delete
Removing the wallet from the extension deletes all wallet data stored in this browser. Make sure you have backed up your recovery phrase first, or you will lose access to your assets.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the effective date.

钱包会发送给 0x4 服务的内容
- 你的公开钱包地址，用于显示代币价格、走势、余额和账户记录。
- 使用需要账户的功能时，用钱包地址签名的一条登录消息。它只证明你拥有这个地址，不能动用你的资产。
- 你完成的兑换交易哈希，用于计算交易量和手续费等级。
公开钱包地址和交易本来就能在公开区块链上查到。
第三方服务
为了正常工作，钱包会向区块链网络和行情服务请求数据，例如读取余额、获取价格、获取兑换报价、发送你确认过的交易。这些请求包含完成该操作所需的公开地址、代币和数量。我们选用不需要你个人信息的服务。
你连接的网站
只有在你同意连接后，网站才能看到你的公开地址。每次签名和交易都需要你在钱包窗口中确认。你可以随时在钱包里断开网站。
我们不会做的事
- 没有广告，没有追踪。
- 不读取你访问的网页内容，不记录你的浏览历史。
- 不出售你的数据。
删除数据
在插件中删除钱包，会删除这个浏览器里保存的全部钱包数据。删除前请确认已备份助记词，否则将无法找回资产。
政策变更
本政策如有变更，我们会更新本页面和生效日期。
